I really love all the honeys BTW!! I wanted to try the feral bee honey because it’s so rare and unusual. E. said that you removed the hive from someone's house and rescued the bees and their honey, etc. That’s a pretty cool story! I really like the complexity of it and the deep rich flavor is super nice. I am always interested in trying new things so that was a real treat.

Aloha and pleasant greetings! I just wanted to call you to tell you, we just tried some of your bee pollen that we picked up from The Locavore [Store], and, wow, it's phenomenal! It's really, really yummy; the best bee pollen I have ever tried in my entire life. Very good! And I just wanted to express my gratitude for the work you do working with the bees and creating such wonderful products. Thank you so much!

Best honey I've ever tasted by far, and I've tried lots. The local Orange Blossom and Wildflower honeys are good, and I've tried other honey from Hawaii, this is better! Especially the 'Ohi'a Lehua, I could eat the whole jar by the spoonful! Ordering more tomorrow!.

If you like honey - you're at the perfect place. I'm a big honey fan and have had honey from all over the world. The Pualani Tropical Wildflower and Ohia Lehua are the best honey I've ever tasted. I honestly can't decide which one I like better (and luckily don't have to). What I've done with the tropical wildflower -- dribbled on ice cream, yoghurt, and grapefruit, (and directly into my mouth - yum!); spooned into coffee and tea; spread on a brie, turkey, and mustard sandwich; and more! A beautiful rich caramel color, the flavor is layered and nuanced -- smooth, not too sweet (but sweet enough), and tastes like, well, a really really good summer. The Ohia Lehua is thicker and crunchy with bits of yummy crystallization. I admit - what I've done with that one? I just eat it straight out of the jar for a treat. Because really, it's that good. And guilt-free because Pualani honey is raw honey, which is soooo good for you. So win-win. I'm about to buy more as gifts. And, I look forward to trying the other honeys that Pualani offers. A little bit of Hawaii in Brooklyn, New York!
