PAYMENT, SHIPPING, & RETURNS
Pualani Bee Farm accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit and debit cards will be charged upon completion and confirmation of your online transaction. You will receive an order confirmation email which will summarize all transaction information. All refunds will be processed in the form of an electronic transnational credit to the card originally used to make the online purchase. Sales tax will be applied per the regulation of your state at the point of online sale. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days between 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m., local Hawaiian time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply.
Pualani Bee Farm ships orders using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times from Hawaii vary according to the final destination, typically needing 2-10 business days to the mainland U.S.A, 10-17 business days for delivery to APO addresses, and 7-14 days for international destinations. Please note that some international destinations have restrictions on shipping honey. For international shipments, inquiries should be made with your local customs office about restrictions, taxes, fees, and duties related to the importation of organic honey to your international destination. Pualani Bee Farm cannot be held responsible for delays or issues with international customs regulations.
To ensure there are no delivery delays, please review your address at checkout and advise us immediately to correct an error. Mistakes in the delivery address cannot be rectified once a parcel has been dispatched. Pualani Bee Farm cannot replace lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses supplied by customers.
Customers wishing to use express services can contact us directly about making arrangements with other carriers or for USPS express services. Please note that the postal system in Hawaii does provide the same time guarantees as offered in their services on the mainland USA and does not offer the complete selection of express services. For special delivery needs, we will work with our customers to the best of our abilities in accommodating their rush needs. Additional charges for express delivery services will be charged separately from the original order.
Unopened products can be returned for replacement, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your purchase was made on our website, simply contact us at 808-345-9306 or email@example.com. After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your replacement, store credit, or refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 10-14 business days from receipt of your item(s). Refunds to your charging account may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on the bank statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Purchases made from entities other than Pualani Bee Farm are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund. Please contact the retailer where the item was purchased and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
