Our bees have blessed us again with a small winter harvest of Tropical Wildflower Honey this year. This varietal has the classic amber color of Tropical Wildflower Honey and is slowly crystallizing into a light butterscotch color. Since the bees were busy making honey during the Eucalyptus nectar flow, this honey has a mild caramel taste with a slightly mentholated undertone.
