Harvested during the seasonal cross-over of various nectar flows, this spring's honeycomb displays pockets of the darker amber -colored Tropical Wildflower honey combined with pockets of the almost translucent Ohia Lehua monofloral varietal. Drenched in our light amber-colored late springtime honey, these visually enticing jars of chunk honey present the bee's unique blend of multiple varietals within a single bite.
