Eden's Nectar Reserve Honey is a new addition to Pualani Bee Farm's seasonal varietals. This new varietal has quickly become one of our most popular honeys, produced by a small apiary of bee colonies located in Eden Roc subdivision, at about 1800 feet above sea level, just north of Kilauea's upper east rift zone. The hives are surrounded by a lush, cool rainforest of native Ohia Lehua trees, where our honeybees enjoy a mild climate that ranges between 5-7 degrees cooler than our coastal apiary and 5-7 degrees warmer than our apiary near Kilauea's summit.
