Pualani Bee Farm's cut comb honey contains silky smooth, amber-colored tropical wildflower honey encased in its original comb structure of delicate and fully edible beeswax. This epicurean delight is the perfect companion to cheese and crackers; eaten with almonds or pecans; sliced on top of toast (alone or with cream cheese and fig spread); or cut into chunks and sprinkled over a bowl of fresh salad greens, fruit, yogurt, or ice cream.
Comb honey should be stored in a sealed, airtight container at room temperature or kept in the freezer for a tasty, chewy frozen delight.
Pualani Bee Farm's comb honey is currently available in an air-tight lidded deli container containg between 6.5- 7.5 ounces of cut comb.
Cut Comb Honey / 2024 - A Single Estate Product
All 100% raw Hawaiian honey can naturally solidify or crystalize. Cut comb honey is best kept at room temperature or frozen so as to maintain the natural consistency of the honey contained within the comb. Each piece of cut comb may have slight variations in weight, taste, color, and aroma.
Due to thickness differences in comb, final product weights can vary.
