Our bees have blessed us with a small winter harvest of Tropical Wildflower Honey. When freshly extracted, this varietal presented the classic amber color of our Tropical Wildflower Honey but crystallized almost immediately into a light-colored, creamy consistency with a mild sweetness and citrusy undertones.
